This easy to use tool will help you become the person you wanted to be by helping you "make" good habits and "break" bad ones. It is said that we are all a bundle of habits. Habits are the things we do easily without much effort or thought. So the question is; are your habits reflecting the person you want to be?
Studies vary, but the data shows that the longer you consciously work on making or breaking a habit, the higher the chance of reaching and maintaining your goals. “Habit Maker, Habit Breaker” makes it easy to succeed by helping you track changes in your behavior.
Changing habits involves a few key steps:
* Step 1: Define a habit you want to make or break.
* Step 2: Write it down
* Step 3: Track your progress
* Step 4: Stick with it! (It takes 60 days to change a habit.)

* 2. Decide if you want “Make” or “Break” it.
* 3. Start tracking your progress by clicking on the happy or sad face.
That's it...you have setup your app!
Okay, the app does much more than that... but you are smart, you will learn as you go and there‘s always the option of clicking on the built-in information button (i) for more help.
APP FEATURES:
HABITS - This version allows you to track up to 3 habits. Need to change more habits? You can easily upgrade (in app) to track unlimited habits.
EASY/FAST INPUT - It is quick and easy to track your habits... open the app, click on the happy or sad face, close the app.
SET GOALS - You may set custom goals for each habit. Define a custom goal for each habit by choosing a number of times per period such as 4 per week.
MOTIVATION - HMHB offers lots of tools to keep you motivated; custom motivation messages, rewards, charts, buddy link, FaceBook sharing, pop up reminders & badge notifications. No one knows more about what motivates you than...YOU! When you add a new habit, tell us why you want to make this change and we will remind you along the way. Premium users can even add photos to your motivation reminders.
REMINDERS - Get “Pop-up” reminders delivered to your iphone when you forget to work on your positive habits. (You must allow access to receive this feature.)
REWARDS - You‘ve worked hard... you deserve a reward. Define a reward for yourself and we will tell you when you‘ve earned it. Upgrade to allow you to take a photo of your reward that will pop up to help you stay motivated.
NOTES/TRIGGER LOG - Add, edit & email notes on each habit. (Premium feature)
CUSTOMIZATION - There are lots of ways to make the app fit your needs from setting goals, and personalized motivation messages to premium features like to adding custom backgrounds and photos.
HISTORY - View your progress on the history page. Here you will find helpful charts, calendars and logs of your progress to keep you motivated.

* Level 5+: Master Plus +30 days/level
* Level 14: Grand Master 365 days*
* For positive goals, the app counts each day that you record positive action towards reaching your goal.

This update builds out some of the feature enhancements from the last update (notes, logs, goals options...) and fixes a few minor glitches.
IMPROVEMENTS: Now allows full use of the main features from 1.5.1 which added support for Goals of 0/Day (or Week or Month), Habit Notes (Premium feature), Goal Period Start controls (Today or Start of Period), realigns Make Habit input button to the same side as Break habits and fixed a number of reminder & usability improvements. Fixes crashing problem for pre-1.5.1 users restoring full data, input functionality and history access.
